Yes.  You do need a valid Canadian prescription from a licensed prescriber.  If you prescription has expired or you need a new prescription, we will connect you with a medical doctor to assist you.

It’s free.  As long as you have a valid provincial health care card, there is no charge to virtually see a physician through SprintScripts.

No.  Narcotics are not suitable for distance based health care. Sprintscripts does not dispense any controlled substances. We also do not dispense vaccinations.

Yes.  We do have a compound lab and provide most compounded medications (with some exceptions) .  As with any other prescription, you simply upload, fax, or send your prescription through chat. If we have any questions about the formula, we will contact your doctor for specific instructions.

Yes.  Please fax your prescription to 1-833-671-7920.  However; to comply with legislation, we will confirm the prescription directly with your doctors office.  They will need to either verify the prescription by telephone to us, or alternatively, they can fax us directly. We will take care of this to you.

Yes.  Transferring your prescription to us is quick and easy.  You can either call us at 1-833-671-7920, complete our prescription transfer form.  We take care of the rest.

No.  Your co-pay or prescription costs stay the same. We also provide delivery free of charge.

Fast!  We know prescription medications are time sensitive. As soon as we have all the information we require to fulfill your prescription, we will ship it either same day or the next day.

We accept most provincial and third party insurance plans.  If you don’t have insurance or if your insurance plan has a co-pay, we accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We also accept Visa and Mastercard debit payments.

We are licensed and fully accredited to dispense medications in the province of British Columbia.  Our licensure can be verified our registration by going to the College of Pharmacist of British Columbia ( https://www.bcpharmacists.org/search-pharmacy/ ). We have multiple retail locations, so the simplest way is to type in our address “4828 Hastings St” and our Wellness Pharmacy full address, name of pharmacist, and fax number, will be verified.

We are open 7 days a week and pharmacists are available for consultation 365 days a year.
